Have some C41 process color film to develop? Mail it to us and get professional quality processing, scanning, and printing of your film from wherever you're located. Sending your film to us is easy, just follow these steps and we'll get working on your order in no time.
1) If you don't already have a Bay Photo account, make one here. Make sure you have your account number handy and a current payment method on file!
2) Download our film services order sheet and print + clearly fill it out. Be sure to include your account number on your order sheet.
3) Package your film securely. We recommend putting all of your rolls into a zip top bag along with your order sheet and then securely packing that in a box.
4) Use a trackable shipping/mail service to send your film to:

Once we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation and get working on your film!
When your order is complete, your payment method on file will be charged and your scans will be emailed to you. If there is any issue with your payment method on file, we'll contact you and sort it out.
Note on black & white and E6 film: we currently don't run those processes in-house and instead partner with a lab in San Francisco. Once our partner lab has processed the film, it is returned to us for scanning and printing. Because of this, our turnaround time for black & white and slide films are extended by about a week. If you send a mix of different process types, we will complete all parts of your order and ship your negatives/prints back to you in one shipment.

Q) How much do film services cost?
Q) How long will my order take?
A) We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times and most orders are completed within 2 days of receipt at the lab. Orders with high roll counts or special instructions may impact turnaround times so if you have a specific rush, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (831 )475-6090.
Q) How is my film shipped back to me?
A) Most orders going to the contiguous 48 US states are shipped using a low price standard shipping method. Shipping to Hawaii/Alaska is billed at cost. If you have any specific questions about shipping or need your order rushed back to you, please contact us and make a note in the special instructions of your order form.
Q) How will I receive my scans?
A) We use a file transfer service called Transfer Now to send you your files once your order is completed. You'll receive an email that has a download link that is available for 30 days from the completion of your order.
Q) Can you cross process my E6 film in C41 Chemistry?
A) Yes! Just be sure to mark your rolls that need cross processing and let us know in the special instructions of your order sheet.
Q) Can you push or pull my film?
A) Yes, just clearly mark which rolls need push/pull and how many stops and make a note in the special instructions of your order form. Please note that push/pull processing adds about a week to turnaround time. We work with a partner lab for all push/pull film.
