Jobs at Bay Photo Stores

Ever wanted to see behind the curtain and become part of the photo lab retail team? Bay Photo Lab is currently hiring at our retail stores! Our retail locations offer a vast array of services to our customers ranging from in-store and phone/email customer service, photo print production, film processing, print and film scanning, artwork reproduction, photo restoration, and more. 

Looking for applicants who:

  • Are high energy and comfortable working in a busy store


  • Are enthusiastic learners

  • Have experience adjusting and retouching photos using Photoshop

  • Are tech savvy and can manage the organization and transfer of high volumes of files. 

  • Have experience relating with customers and providing customer service.

  • Have a working understanding of photography, preferably with film photography experience.


We understand that not everyone may have extensive experience using Photoshop or have previously worked with photo lab equipment so we are happy to teach new employees the the ins and outs of the job. Applicants who have have these skills are ideal but if you are a fast learner and passionate about working at the lab, we encourage you to apply. 

Due to the large amount of time it takes to get new employees trained, we are looking for applicants who expect to be with us for a minimum of 6 months.
