Our Coronavirus Response
We closely monitor the developments surrounding the Covid 19 pandemic and we take your safety and the safety of our employees very seriously. We work closely with the Santa Cruz County Health department to set up a safe work-and retail environment.
Our standard hours of operation remain the same but we appreciate your patience with any staffing shortages that may occur that are outside of our control. This includes potentially increased turnaround times. While we always work to complete orders as quickly as possible, we recommend letting us know if you have a specific need for faster turnaround when dropping off or sending in your order so that we can do our best to accommodate it.
All retail staff have been fully vaccinated
Customers who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks in our stores.
Courtesy masks are available at the door if you would like to wear a mask in our stores.
At their discretion, employees may still wear masks.
We disinfect all work surfaces in the retail and production areas of the store daily.
Hand sanitizer is available for customers coming into and leaving the store.
Bay Photo Stores are Blue Check certified for meeting or exceeding Santa Cruz Public Health COVID safety guidelines.
Please be patient as turnaround times can fluctuate over the next few months due to staffing shortages and pandemic fluctuations.
