     We're happy to provide a large selection of film stocks for purchase online with shipping or local pickup options. Answers to common store policy questions are below. Frequently Asked Questions

General:

Q) The film I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

A) We frequently restock many of our films. If there is a certain film that you are interested in, you can choose to be notified and you will receive and email when it is back in stock

Q) What is your return policy?

A) All film sales are final. In the event that your order Is damaged in delivery or otherwise defective, please contact us for an exchange.

Shipping and Local Pickup:

A) We use USPS standard shipping for all orders.

Q) How quickly will I get my order?

A) All orders placed before - PST will be packed and shipped that business day. Orders placed after - will be packed and shipped the following business day.

Q) I haven't received my order, what should I do?

A) If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us. 

Q) I selected local pickup instead of shipping, when will my order be ready for pickup?

A) All local pickup orders placed before 3pm PST will be available for pickup within 2 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 3pm will be available when we open the following business day.
